- Extract 
      - Burn or mount the .iso
      - Run setup.exe and install
      - Copy crack from RUNE dir to installdir
      - Play

      NOTES: Due to the amount of changes to the game files and an update
      being greater than half the size of our last release, we decided
      to make a new standalone. This release includes the following DLC:
      
      > Pathologic 3 - Supporter Pack
      > Pathologic 3 - Polyhedral Room
      > Pathologic 3 - Soundtrack

      - Block the game's exe in your firewall to prevent the game from
